Free Service

The Customer is allowed to have only one free account. All other accounts should be fee paid account(s) or cancelled. Extra free account will be deleted. In addition, customer agrees to receive occasional newsletter via email. In future 123ExpenseTracker  can change the services offered against the free accounts.

Applicable law, appeal and disputes

Any disputes arising from the service will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sacramento, CA, US.

Termination of Service

123ExpenseTracker  reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.

Password

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services. You agree to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
